How to delete or rename file with long filename, say more than 200 chars.
Windows will not be able to rename or even delete files with very long file name, so to fix, use other apps, like 7-zip
Issue:
Windows cannot move, delete, copy or even rename files with really really long file names especially when they are in deep folders

Rename them in 7zip
Open 7Zip manager, 7zfm.exe
go to that location and do the rename
