Scroll a listbox Using Right-Drag. (Something VBA in Excel lacks)
You might have noticed that listboxes in VBA-Excel do not have ability to scroll, something you need especially when you have long lists.
So, to go around that, I have here created another way to scroll, with Right-drag
Need to have a public variable + public constant
Sensetivity is best at 200, adjust it if needed, the higher the number, the slower the scroll is
200 worked perfect on a 4k screen resolution
80 should be fine on HD res
