Unblock macros in file copied or downloaded from another machine.
Excel keeps adding more and more ways to disable macros for workbooks.
The recent one is blocking macros if workbook is coming from a different machine. This is the way to solve that and enable macros.
You will see that checkbox in File > Properties.
